Despu\u00e9s de ver la preparaci\u00f3n de este queso fundido con mariscos, llegamos a la conclusi\u00f3n de que el mejor \u00e1ngulo para la toma ser\u00eda el cenital,para que as\u00ed se pudieran destacar la mezcla de colores y texturas en los diferentes componentes de este platillo.
